Order:

All spare parts can be ordered by all the commonest methods but by far the fastest and easiest way is to order via our company WebShop. Illustrations help identify most parts and prices are always current. Orders can also be phoned, faxed or e-mailed to us or you can visit one of our branch stores. The choice is yours. All orders will get a confirmation.

Forwarding:

Goods will be delivered within 24 hours anywhere in the Czech Republic either by our own delivery service or a contracted forwarding and transport companies. Or you may collect your order yourself from one of the ten sale stock depots. Our salesmen are here to help you decide on the best system for you. We aim to make deliveries the next working day after receiving the order and deliveries are FREE within our regional sales points.

There is also our special delivery service for emergency repairs for our contractual tariff of CZK 8,-/ 1 kilometer within the Czech Republic with mutually agreed terms.

Payment:

Payment can be made by transfer order, cash or cash in delivery, in our central stock by the usual payment cards.

Recycling process:

In accordance with § 38 of Act Nr. 185/2001 as well as Regulation of Environment Ministry Nr.237/2002 used batteries, oils and tires sold by us can be returned on all our sales stocks.

Warranty terms:

  1. ADIP, spol. s r.o. takes responsibility for all damages to persons or legal entities that might occur within the warranty period of 12 months from the day of delivery. For rebuilt parts this warranty extends to 6 months only. Some longer warranty period can be provided entirely only in accordance with warranty period of producer.
  2. Complaints can be made to any of the ADIP, spol.s r.o. sale points.
  3. Complaints procedure is as follows:
    • Report the defect “immediately”
    • Submit the goods in condition in which they were received by you enabling objective appreciation of particular defect i.e. complete and clean
    • Proof of sale by ADIP, spol. s r.o. will be required
    • A clear definition of the defect must be shown
  4. Damaged goods cannot be accepted if the above conditions are not met. The meaning of word "immediately" means especially that if the circumstances and character of use enable it, the customer must stop to use the goods after founding of defect . Otherwise it exposes itself to danger that by further use of goods its status or status of some of its parts can be changed in such a way it would not be possible objectively to review this claim or circumstances of its rise.
  5. If the part can be fixed we will repair it without charge.
  6. If the part cannot be repaired then we will replace it at no charge or we will return you money. Any warranty will run from when the new part is delivered. If the subject of replacement represents only the part of goods, the new warranty period can be applied only for the replaced part.
  7. If the complaint is of a cosmetic nature and the product performs satisfactorily then a discount can be negotiated.
  8. In the unlikely event of the delivery figures not matching the order then please notify us within three working days in writing.
  9. The warranty will be made invalid if the goods are not used or stored in the correct way. The warranty cannot be applied either to usual wear and its consequences or to damages due to atmospheric or chemical influences or to intervention of any third person.

Any goods sold at a discount are not covered by the sales warranty applied to defects the discount was set for and the seller is not to be held responsible for the defect.
